Frequently Asked Questions

  • We won’t sugarcoat it, change does not come easy. You will be expected to work hard and commit to the process. But remember:

The results you achieve will be in direct proportion to the effort you apply.” - Denis Waitley

  • We are confident you will achieve results when you commit and work hard. We use accountability, measurement, and continuous check-ins to objectively monitor progress.

If even after two quarters of sustained effort you do not see progress towards the results you wish, we are happy to come to an agreement to make you whole again. We’re that confident it will work.

  • No, you do not need any equipment! Our system includes Bodyweight Fitness programming (where no weights are needed) as one of the many additional resources you receive.

We recommend you purchase and use MyFitnessPal and a wearable device, but even those are not required to participate.

  • We believe in objective results, science over fads, hard work, perseverance, group encouragement, and doing the hard thing.

You won’t find any quick fixes with us, but what you will experience when you commit is a complete transformation of your health, wellness, well-being, and worldview.

  • We train our coaches through a rigorous onboarding process that spans not only the 6 Tenents, but also other factors that contribute to successful client outcomes.

We emphasize in our proprietary onboarding process working only with high integrity, high drive, no B.S. coaches who are as empathetic as they are tough.

  • From experience we’ve seen that yo-yo diets and fads don’t stick.

We take a different approach by methodically and systematically layering on healthy habits, one-at-a-time. This method takes time, but it sticks.

Science backs up this method of single focus habit building (and all of our coaches would be happy to dive into the specifics if you wish to learn more!).
